Sautéed Sauerkraut with Chicken Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken sausage, sliced
  • 1 lb organic sauerkraut (brine based, not vinegar based)
  • 4-5 diced dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Cook the sausage until complete.
  2. Heat the sauerkraut until hot.
  3. Place all toppings on top of the sausage. Enjoy!
